Keep Swinging!!! ~ Hey! Little Buddies

FacebooktwitterpinterestmailFacebooktwitterpinterestmail

Its-Unlce-Rick-AaronBaseball slugger Hank Aaron once said, “My motto was always to keep swinging. Whether I was in a slump or feeling badly or having trouble off the field, the only thing to do was keep swinging.”

That’s the character quality of determination. A determined baseball player doesn’t give up when he fails to hit a home run. He swings again. And he keeps on practicing his swing so he hits better and better as time goes by.

You will sometimes swing and miss in life. You will have failures. But failure is good for you and God will use it to teach you to be humble. He will also use it to teach you determination. You can’t do everything well. But you can get better than you are.

Learn from your mistakes and failures.

Do better the next time.

But never give up, if what you’re doing is important.

Keep on swinging.
