Profiles of Valor

We thought a book teaching character qualities from the lives of historical characters would go over well with Christian parents.  Were we ever right!  When we published Portraits of Integrity last year, it quickly outsold every other book we offer.  But “Portraits” was just the first in a series, with more books to follow.  And now it is our pleasure to announce the publication of the second volume,  Profiles of Valor.

Profiles of Valor continues the teaching of important character qualities through true stories of real men and women who gave their all for liberty during America’s War of Independence.

You’ll meet Colonel Henry Knox, who gave the American army the fire-power needed to liberate Boston through a three-month ordeal of dragging captured cannon hundreds of miles on ox-drawn sleds.

Your children will thrill to the exploits of patriot spy Nancy Strong, who ferreted out information about British strategy and signaled it to Washington’s spies—by hanging various colored petticoats on her clothesline.

Family Treasury CollectionChildren love stories.  And they remember them!  Order Profiles of Valor now and watch your children absorbing great lessons in character while they learn American history at the same time.
