Dirt Cups with Cool Whip {Easy and Fun Activity}

Here is a fun activity to do with your kiddos.

Making dirt cups with cool whip. It is quick and easy.

Ingredients needed are:

10- 12 oreos

32 gummy worms

3.4 oz  pg instant pudding(either vanilla or chocolate) 

2 cups milk

8 oz. cool whip

Instructions for Dirt Cups:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, add 2 cups milk to a box of instant pudding mix and whisk till well mixed.
  2. Let it sit 5 minutes to thicken
  3. Fold in cool whip till well mixed
  4. Spoon into punch cups
  5. Crush oreos into crumbs.

6.Sprinkle ‘dirt’ (oreo crumbs) onto pudding.

  1. Hang 3 or 4 gummy worms over the side of each cup.
  2. ENJOY

  1. This is SO cute! What’s cute about it to me is that we’re trying to hone our skills in the backyard with gardening, composting, along with other things but the main thing is to get our soil amended so that it’ll be good soil and not sandy so things can grow. Anywho, we have red wriggler worms and the kids just love them. It’s fascinating and creepy at the same time (for the girls). But I’ll definitely have to do this with them and they’ll get a kick out of the gummy worms they get to chew on!
